Lenny needs help from afar!

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE POST BEFORE COMMENTING. THANK YOU.

Here at FAITH, we also work with other rescues to try and help dogs that they are struggling to get rehomed for one reason or another, mostly is due to a particular breed not being popular in the area they are in or a saturation of a particular breed making it difficult to home.

One of the rescues over in Ireland we work with have this gorgeous Belgian Malinois called Lenny that they would like help to get homed. He’s still over in Ireland with them BUT IF we found the right home candidate for him here, we would have him transported over.

You WOULD need good experience of his breed and be committed to adopting him if we had him transported as space is a premium here at FAITH AND we don’t want him to go through the stress of transport unnecessarily.

Here’s some info on Lenny, we can tell you more if you are a serious adopter.

Lenny is almost 2 years old; he came to them as a stray. He gets on well with any dogs he’s met while at the rescue. He’s also fine while out walking and meeting dogs. They don’t think he would be suitable to live with cats. He hasn’t been around very young children but hes fine with teenagers. Hes ok in the car and travels fine. He’s been great with the kennel staff. Lenny was in foster care for a few weeks and was good indoors, but their situation changed so he had to go back to kennels. He Loves to play with his toys. He’s not too high energy but does enjoy his walks and playtime

Lenny loves getting cuddles after a successful training session, he’s spent a few weeks at a special Malinois training centre and they were very impressed with him and his progress, he will need to keep his training schedule up in a new home though. The boy is doing so well. Can we help find that home who understands how this breed love to be kept busy? A home that will give him the love he is so eager to return. A home that will continue his training so he will continue to thrive.  In the meantime, huge thanks to Liam and Susan of Five Star Canine Retreat who give him all the love and especially training he needs.

If you are seriously interested in adopting Lenny then please fill in an application form at the link below stating Lenny in the dogs name you have seen in the relevant box.

Thank you.
